Honor Your Loved One Through Art

Cornea donors give the extraordinary Gift of Sight, and the Eye Bank of Kentucky is honored to help preserve and celebrate their legacy. Our Legacy Tree is a heartfelt space dedicated to honoring the lives and generosity of cornea donors throughout Kentucky.

Each leaf placed on the tree represents a unique story of hope, healing, and love. We invite cornea donor families to create a piece of artwork—designed in the shape of a leaf—to honor their donor hero and share their legacy with our community.

Our goal is to highlight voices from all across Kentucky’s 120 counties, reflecting the profound impact cornea donors have made throughout our Commonwealth. Families from other states are also welcome to participate as friends of Kentucky.
